This strategy is not complicated and doesn't take a lot of time, what it does take tough is consistency.  As you would know a relationship does need nurturing on an ongoing basis it's no different in a business context.  Are you building a strong relationship with your prospects and clients?  How often do you keep in touch with them in some way?
